Broken Trees

I ususally only blog about Finn, but this was pretty crazy.  I swear this storm hit our street harder than any other.  It was like our house had a huge target on it.  We have trees surrounding our entire house; and pretty much every one of our trees are destroyed.  All of the big limbs fell off of them and either landed on the house, scraped the house as they came down or landed on power lines.     

The house down the street caught fire and nearly burned to the ground.

This one barely missed our grill.  That would have been a huge bummer.

Serious Splashing

Finn usually takes a bath in his little white tub.  He has completely outgrown that thing; but we keep using it because we don't have a bath tub.  We decided to try to bathe him in the sink and see how he likes sitting up while taking a bath.  He was in heaven.  He splashed continuously.  It was pretty funny to watch.  He made a huge mess in our kitchen.  There was water everywhere.  We realized quickly that this would be the last time he has a bath in our sink.  But since we were already wet and the floor and walls were soaked, we decided to let him finish this bath and enjoy his splashes.

      I know he only has two teeth, but they need brushed too!

I do it to get him used to having his teeth brushed so when he
has a mouth full of teeth, he will know the routine.  I think he likes the taste of the toothpaste.  He always lets me do it.
