I don't know what it is about Baby Einstein. But Finn is mesmerized when I turn it on. It is the goofiest thing I have ever seen - a bunch of puppets making silly noises, and random toys popping in and out of the screen. These DVDs are about 25 minutes long. We save them for times when we really need to get something accomplished without him interrupting us. We use it sparingly because I don't want him to get to used to it and not be into it anymore. It also helps us on long car trips. I just pop it into the DVD player in the car and he is quiet. Magic!!
